ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

​CANADA : 3-9 business days 
INTERNATIONAL : International mail is affected many circumstances beyond LSJ illustrations' control, including, but not limited to customs delays, long distances, weather and local/foreign holidays. Please understand that once a package has been shipped, transit and delivery times are beyond the control of LSJ illustrations. Please be patient and understand that international packages may take several weeks to arrive, but are very rarely completely lost. 

PROCESSING TIME

​Shipping from New Brunswick, Canada (Acadie). 
Currently only shipping Domestically and Internationally to United States and Mexico

​Upon receiving payment, your parcel will ship within 5-7 business days, unless shipping details state otherwise.  LSJ illustrations is a small business created/run by one artist. I will do my best to package and ship your order as quickly as possible. 

All orders will be classified as 'MERCHANDISE.' 

CANADA POSTAL SERVICE

​LSJ illustrations will not be responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address if the buyer supplied it. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct before checking out.  If you think you have made a mistake, please email me at [email protected] ,so I can adjust the shipping information before the order is shipped.

In the event of a order is  'RETURNED TO SENDER' the buyer is responsible for fees associated with re-sending the package.

LOST & DAMAGES

​LSJ illustrations will not be held responsible for the loss or damages to the product(s) while in transit. After your order is shipped. Orders are packed for the least amount of movement in corrugated boxes or envelopes . 

ADDITIONAL INTERNATIONAL FEES

​Please be mindful of your own country's customs regulations, as LSJ illustrations cannot and will not be held responsible for any taxes, duties, brokerage or any other additional fees in the delivery of your order. Please keep in mind that international mail may be held for up to 4 weeks in customs. Depending on the laws and regulations of your country of residence, you might have to pay additional customs fees or taxes in order to you receive your package.
